Alpha Gala, 23 April 2009, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Saint-Laurent
SCDS PRO Inc. was awarded the 2009 Alpha Trophy, by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Saint-Laurent, on the 25th anniversary of Alpha Competition, on Thursday, April 23rd, 2009.
The 2009 Alpha Gala theme was "A winning diversity over 25 years". With this activity, the Chamber wanted to recognize the annual performance of Saint-Laurent, Cartierville and Mount Royal companies. The Alpha Gala is the most important economic event in the territory. Finalists and business community participate annually in this event, to celebrate the excellence and to recognize that many firms are decisively contributing to the city's dynamism.
SCDS PRO Inc. was recognized for its significant increase in sales, increased innovation effort and R&D investments, job creation and major international business development.
"2008 has been a year of important accomplishments for SCDS: successfully pursuing new business opportunities in Canada, US and GCC, and building up DAMASO group, our data processing venture in Romania.
